Working with the Past, Here in the Present to preserve for the Future
The Company's activities will provide benefits to all who reside, work and visit the local area of, but not limited to, Wanlockhead. The Company's aims are to promote local heritage sites, encourage tourism and to help and educate on any possible alternative, greener, energy solutions.
The Development of Tourism
Utilising the remnants of the local industrial heritage sites, terrain and landmarks, the Company will provide, but not limited to, information boards and structures, enhancing the knowledge of the history referring to the locality, all within a healthy walking environment.
Alternative Energy Solutions
The Company's aim is to put forward, and manage, knowledgeable ways of alternative energy solutions which could adapt and possibly aid in reducing the local carbon footprint.
Collaboration
The Company will be willing to work with, alongside, other organisations with like-minded objectives to promote, encourage and enhance the local community.
